How long will a set of eyelash extensions last?Eyelash extensions will last the length of your natural growth cycle, meaning they will shed as your natural lashes shed. On average, a person will lose 2-5 eyelashes a day, and 20% of your lashes within 2 weeks. Depending on your activity and day to day routine, fill-ins are recommend every 2-3 weeks.
-
Will I lose my natural lashes?NOT AT ALL!! Lash extensions are applied about 1mm away from your skin, giving room to grow with your natural lash. During the course of your 2-3-week fill, lashes that have grown out will be removed and replaced with a new extension.
-
Can I wear mascara with my eyelash extensions?Noooo, please don’t! Lash extensions allow you to ditch your mascara, eyeliner, and lash curler, saving you time in the morning. Mascara can dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the life of your eyelash extensions.
-
Can I swim, shower or exercise while wearing eyelash extensions?"Eyelash extensions are waterproof/ sweat proof; however I do ask that you minimize the chance of wetting extension for the first 24 hours of wear. After 24 hours, the adhesive used to apply your eyelash extensions is secure enough to allow you to get back to your regular routine.

What happens if I choose to have my eyelash extensions removed?Removing eyelash extensions properly is just as important as putting them on properly. It’s the safest way to avoid the risk of losing your natural lashes. I do offer lash removal service to have the extensions removed involving a short thirty-minute appointment, in which I apply a gel remover. The gel remover is applied on top of the extensions without touching the skin and is required to sit for 10 minutes. Once the adhesive is dissolved, the extensions are gently wiped away with lint free applicators exposing the natural lashes. No Harm!

What kind of wax do you use?I use both hard and soft wax. Hard wax is used for more delicate areas such as Brazilian, Bikini, Underarm pit, and lip wax. When using hard wax the hair follicles and pores open up from the heat making it much easier to pull the hair out and less painful. Soft wax is used to cover larger areas of the body such as arms and legs. Soft wax is applied warm with a spatula and removed using a muslin strip.
